We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Executive - CRM

to join our dynamic team in Bommasandra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records using SAP, Tally, and Excel. This role demands strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities



Process and manage customer orders using

SAP and Tally

systems Ensure timely

follow-up on payments

and coordinate

yearly balance confirmations

via calls and emails Communicate directly with customers to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction Maintain and update

customer records

KYC and GST details

Schedule

demo visits

and coordinate with field executives Support internal teams with

order and customer data coordination

Prepare and maintain reports using

Excel and Google Sheets


Requirements



2-5 years of experience in

CRM, order management, or customer service

Proficiency in

SAP, Tally, Excel, and Google Sheets

Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Experience in

client interaction, payment follow-ups

data verification

Knowledge of

KYC/GST compliance
