Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer and lead data. Track and manage leads from various sources (digital, events, walk-ins, referrals, etc.). Assign leads to appropriate sales team members and follow up on progress. Monitor the sales pipeline and prepare regular reports and dashboards. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to streamline client communication. Follow up with leads and clients via calls, emails, or WhatsApp to ensure engagement. Ensure timely responses to client queries and support post-sales communication. Analyze customer behavior and suggest improvements in customer engagement. Segment clients for targeted marketing campaigns using CRM tools. Ensure data cleanliness, consistency, and security in the CRM database. Conduct CRM training for sales staff (if required).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
