Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to manage our customer relationship systems, ensure smooth client interactions, and support sales/marketing initiatives. The role requires excellent communication skills, CRM tool expertise, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and maintain engagement through calls/emails/messages.
Track, analyse, and report customer data and sales pipeline activities.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless customer service.
Monitor customer feedback and assist in resolving issues promptly.
Support in generating reports for management on customer engagement and sales performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
0-1 years of experience as a CRM Executive / Customer Service / Sales Support role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle data with accuracy.
