Key Responsibilities
Achieve a
10% customer walk-in rate per month
, from 3,000-4,000 leads allocated across outlets.
Engage with customers at
Head Office, Warehouse, and IBO outlets
, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
Educate customers
about Plyneer's product range and assist them in selecting the right solutions.
Update inquiries and customer interactions
in Zoho CRM and ensure timely follow-ups with the sales team.
Build strong
customer relationships
to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Collaborate with marketing to
: 10% walk-in conversion (as per outlet allocation).

: 0.25% commission on every walk-in converted into a sale.

Candidate Profile
Education
: Bachelor's Degree (any discipline).
Experience
: 0-2 years in Customer Relations / Sales / Marketing (Freshers welcome).
Skills

CRM knowledge (Zoho preferred)
Confident, persuasive, and proactive personality
Basic MS Office & digital tools
