Urban Standz is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage our customer relationship management tools and drive customer engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling CRM systems, data analytics, campaign execution, and sales support, with the ability to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and operate the company's CRM systems for day-to-day customer tracking and communication
Coordinate and execute personalized customer campaigns across multiple platforms
Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data, including lead management and segmentation
Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on CRM performance and customer insights
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and field teams to align CRM activities with business targets
Track field force performance and handle user ID creation/deactivation within CRM platforms
Monitor stock levels, sales data, and outlet activity, integrating with MIS and ERP reports
Maintain compliance with data protection regulations and internal data governance policies
Recommend improvements based on customer trends, retention behavior, and campaign performance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of experience in CRM, MIS, or Sales Support roles
Proficient in Salesforce, Bizom, Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience in FMCG, real estate, or apparel industry preferred
