Job Description


  • Managing huge numbers of calls in a timely and effective manner.
  • Identify customer needs.
  • Understanding customer problems.
  • Providing the right solutions to customer.
  • Keeping records of all customer conversations on the database.
  • Meeting targets in number of call time, call quality, resolution quality etc.
  • Following communication scripts.
The responsibilities may or may not include:
  • Managing social media review sites.
  • Upselling/cross selling to the customer.
  • Conducting customer research.
  • Attending trainings to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
Requirement
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Must be graduate.
  • Customer satisfaction.
