Core Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of CRM, Marketing and Sales Automation implementation projects.
Developing/implementing strategies and solutions in line with client objectives (
primarily using HubSpot
)
Participation in client workshops to develop CRM, Marketing and Sales Automation strategies, followed up by the creation of strategic plans as identified in these workshops or discovery sessions.
Monitoring the progress of HubSpot implementation projects and allocation of implementation tasks within the implementation team.
Execution of HubSpot implementation tasks covering CRM, marketing, sales and service tools.
Day to Day Activities
Act as a project owner and key point of contact for both the client and internal project team.
Actively oversee and manage project execution throughout the entire project lifecycle (from discovery to close).
Lead project discovery and deliver review calls with client and client stakeholders as appropriate.
Identify, track, and manage project action items, issues, and risks.
Practice disciplined scope management while maintaining high customer satisfaction rates.
Scope management related to client requests: Work directly with clients to ensure that their goals and desires for the website are within the contractual scope.
Offer clear and frequent communication with the client regarding project scope of work and additional requests.
Proactively manage client expectations about what is included in the scope versus what is not included in the scope throughout the project lifecycle.
Offer and control change orders in a timely manner for client requests that are outside the original scope of work. Contribute to the improvement and maintenance of project management processes.
Participate in process improvement by gathering input from both internal and external stakeholders to present improvements to management to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience to our customers.

Key Requirements
Experienced HubSpot user
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in CRM and MA platforms is vital, HubSpot certifications strongly preferred
Effective project and time management capabilities
Proficiency in project management tools such as
Jira
is strongly preferred
A can-do attitude and general eagerness to drive effective client results
The role will not initially require advanced web development, but a working knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferable with a willingness to grow skills in this area for asset creation
Proactively maintains and grows your own skill set through training and events
Basic understanding of digital marketing, including content marketing, SEO, and website optimisation
Experience working remotely in similar roles is strongly preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
