We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
CRM Executive
to manage and optimize our customer relationship processes. The ideal candidate will focus on CRM operations, driving customer growth, engagement, and retention through data-driven strategies and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities: CRM Operations
Manage day-to-day CRM platform activities, including campaign setup, data uploads, segmentation, and automation workflows.
Ensure CRM data accuracy, hygiene, and timely updates across customer databases.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, and Support) to ensure smooth CRM operations.
Monitor campaign performance dashboards and generate weekly/monthly CRM reports.
Growth & Engagement
Execute customer lifecycle campaigns to drive activation, engagement, repeat purchases, and upsell opportunities.
Identify customer segments and create targeted communication strategies to drive growth.
Collaborate with marketing to run personalized campaigns across SMS, email, WhatsApp, and app notifications.
Retention
Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn and improve customer loyalty.
Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and purchase patterns to build relevant retention journeys.
Support loyalty program execution and monitor customer repeat rate and LTV metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in CRM operations or lifecycle marketing (preferably in e-commerce/retail/D2C).
Strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g., WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data interpretation.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
