Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end customer relationship processes to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalation management with timely resolutions.
Maintain and update customer data using CRM software (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce or similar).
Track customer lifecycle, follow-ups, feedback, and service requests.
Coordinate closely with sales, operations, and support teams for smooth customer service delivery.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports and dashboards for management review.
Identify customer trends, service gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and communication standards.
Drive customer engagement initiatives and loyalty programs.
Required Skills & Competencies
4-5 years of proven experience as a CRM Executive or in a similar client-facing role.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage client escalations professionally.
Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving approach.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Additional certification in CRM tools/software will be an added advantage.
