Role Overview

We're looking for a hybrid talent who understands CRM workflows and performance marketing end-to-end. Someone who can optimise user journeys, build automations, ensure data hygiene, and simultaneously drive campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management (Freshworks Preferred):

Own end-to-end CRM setup, optimization & automation Create and refine funnels, journeys, and customer lifecycle workflows Ensure data hygiene, segmentation, lead assignment & pipeline accuracy Track CRM KPIs (lead sync, lead handling, disposition compliance, funnel drop-offs) Collaborate with Sales, Support & Operations for seamless alignment
Performance Marketing:

Plan, execute & optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google & other platforms Own CAC, ROAS, lead quality & conversion funnel metrics Manage landing pages, A/B tests, and campaign attribution Work closely with creative & product teams for targeted campaigns Analyse performance, share insights & drive continuous improvement
Requirements

2-5 years of experience in CRM + Performance Marketing roles Hands-on experience with Freshworks CRM (highly preferred) Strong analytical mindset with expertise in funnels, attribution & automation Experience working with high-velocity sales-led or consumer-focused businesses Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and move fast
