About the Role:

Kadamshree Developer is hiring an experienced CRM Executive to manage customer relations, handle client queries, and ensure a smooth post-sales experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and experience in CRM operations within the real estate or construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems. Coordinate between clients and internal teams for project updates and issue resolution. Handle post-sales documentation, payment follow-ups, and customer queries. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Generate reports and track customer engagement metrics. Support sales and marketing teams in client communication and record management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM, preferably in real estate or property management. Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and documentation. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
