Role Overview
The
CRM Executive
will be responsible for handling customer interactions after booking, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely communication and satisfaction throughout the client journey.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Handle post-sales communication and documentation.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and legal teams for client requirements.
Update and maintain CRM software with customer records and progress.
Respond to client queries, feedback, and requests promptly and professionally.
Track payment schedules, send reminders, and follow up on pending dues.
Assist clients with registration, possession, and handover formalities.
Prepare and share regular customer status reports with management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in
real estate CRM / post-sales / customer handling
(preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (knowledge of real estate CRMs is a plus).
Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
