We are looking for a proactive Customer Care Executive to manage IVR calls, handle customer enquiries, update the CRM, and coordinate viewings and appointments. The ideal candidate is organized, courteous, tech-savvy and comfortable communicating via phone, email and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming IVR calls and ensure accurate, timely routing to the correct team.
Respond to customer queries over the phone with professionalism and clarity.
Update and maintain customer records, leads and interaction notes in the CRM.
Proactively follow up to confirm appointments and resolve last-minute queries.
Schedule and coordinate facility viewings; share necessary details with customers and team members.
Send personalized introduction messages and follow-ups via email and WhatsApp.
Essential Skills & Attributes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable using IVR systems, CRMs and messaging platforms.
Strong attention to detail and good data-entry accuracy.
Empathetic listener, customer-focused and service-oriented.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
1-4 years experience in customer service, telecalling, or front-office roles.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace).
