Professionally handle inbound sales calls, ensuring accurate logging and follow-up in the CRM.

? Prepare and send quotations to clients promptly, coordinating approvals and updates internally.

? Follow up effi ciently with clients and team members through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

? Qualify and manage leads from Just Dial, maintaining detailed CRM records and follow-up schedules.

? Apply strong digital work knowledge, including internet research and use of digital business tools.

? Utilize ChatGPT for client communications, quick content creation, and professional email management.

? Coordinate transport bookings such as Uber, Rapido, and Porter for business needs, ensuring detailed tracking.

? Assist with digital marketing activities including social media management, content posting, and campaign monitoring.

? Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure effective workfl ows and client servicing.

? Maintain confi dentiality, data integrity, and professionalism in all offi ce operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹30,000.26 per month
