CRM Executive
to manage our member database, enhance customer engagement, and ensure a seamless experience for both existing and new members.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CRM system with accurate member and lead data.
Track inquiries, memberships, renewals, and follow-ups to ensure no lead or client is missed.
Support the sales team by assigning and monitoring leads through CRM.
Run member engagement campaigns (renewal reminders, offers, trial follow-ups, feedback, etc.).
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, conversions, renewals, and member retention.
Analyze member data to identify patterns, improve retention strategies, and reduce churn.
Work with the front desk, sales, and fitness teams to ensure a smooth member journey from inquiry to renewal.
Address member queries related to CRM updates, memberships, or communication.
Ensure data security and confidentiality of all member information.
Requirements
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or service industries
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong reporting and data analysis skills (MS Excel proficiency required).
Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability.
