We are looking for a
CRM Executive
to join our Customer Acquisition Team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for someone with
1-2 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing

The CRM Executive will work closely with the CRM Manager. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge in managing messaging automation platforms, a critical mindset and technical knowledge.
Your Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing
campaigns
(Email, Whatsapp, RCS, SMS, Push notifications) to engage, nurture, and reactivate customers.
Work with the CRM Manager to
develop customer journeys
that drive conversions and improve retention.
Build and manage
Email/Whatsapp/ SMS templates
for personalized customer communication.
Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to optimize results.
Support with
data management and segmentation
for targeted campaigns.
Stay updated on CRM best practices (deliverability, inbox placement, A/B testing, customer engagement).
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
