Help in sending email, WhatsApp, or SMS campaigns.
Check how well the campaigns are doing and suggest improvements.
3. Data & Reporting
Keep CRM data clean, correct, and up to date.
Create reports on customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign results.
Share helpful insights with the team for better planning.
4. Support to Sales Team
Help the sales team by sharing leads and following up through the CRM system.
Use CRM tools to send reminders and updates automatically.
5. Customer Journey & Loyalty
Track the customer journey from joining to becoming a loyal member.
Help create loyalty and feedback programs to keep customers engaged.
Skills Required
Basic to good knowledge of
Excel
(for reports and data).
Good
communication skills

Experience with any

(like Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
