KRA - CRM Executive



1. Customer Relationship Management



Keep customer details updated in the system. Make plans to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationships. Handle customer complaints quickly and politely to give a good experience.

2. Campaign Management



Divide customers into groups to send them the right messages. Help in sending email, WhatsApp, or SMS campaigns. Check how well the campaigns are doing and suggest improvements.

3. Data & Reporting



Keep CRM data clean, correct, and up to date. Create reports on customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign results. Share helpful insights with the team for better planning.

4. Support to Sales Team



Help the sales team by sharing leads and following up through the CRM system. Use CRM tools to send reminders and updates automatically.

5. Customer Journey & Loyalty



Track the customer journey from joining to becoming a loyal member. Help create loyalty and feedback programs to keep customers engaged.

Skills Required



Basic to good knowledge of

Excel

(for reports and data). Good

communication skills

- both speaking and writing. Experience with any

CRM software

(like Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus. Should be organized and detail-oriented.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
