A CRM Executive in the real estate sector is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring smooth post-sales processes, and supporting the sales team with documentation and customer communications. The role is often client-facing and requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a preference for female candidates in many organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding and Communication
Conduct welcome calls and send welcome emails to new clients after booking, providing booking-related information and collecting feedback.
Serve as the single point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Maintain regular follow-ups for payments, documentation, and property registrations.
CRM System Management
Manage and update the CRM database with accurate client information, transaction details, and communication logs.
Ensure all documentation (booking forms, agreements, KYC, receipts) is complete and filed properly
CRM software proficiency .
Coordination and Documentation
Coordinate with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure timely processing of agreements, payment receipts, and other client documents.
Issue payment receipts, demand letters, possession letters, and other relevant documents as per company policies.
Home Loan and Financial Coordination
Liaise with banks and financial institutions for home loan approvals and eligibility assessments.
Assist clients with documentation required for loan processing and property registration.
Customer Service and Issue Resolution
Address and resolve post-sales queries and complaints with a customer-centric approach.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the client journey.
Reporting and Record Keeping
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, daily sales reports (DSR), and documentation records for management review.
Track and report on customer service metrics and feedback.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (any discipline); preference for experience in real estate or customer service roles.
1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate sales, CRM, or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and documentation management.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Presentable, proactive, and resourceful, with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Female candidates are often preferred for this role due to client engagement requirements.
