WayVeda is looking for a Female CRM Executive to handle customer interactions for its Ayurveda and wellness product line. The ideal candidate should be good at understanding customer needs, explaining product benefits, and ensuring high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities
:
Manage customer calls related to product guidance, usage, and wellness support.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales assistance.
Explain Ayurvedic product benefits clearly and confidently.
Coordinate with operations for delayed orders, replacements, or escalations.
Maintain CRM records, daily call logs, and follow-up trackers.
Handle customer messages and inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and email.
Maintain customer satisfaction scores and reduce complaints.
Identify repeat customers and build retention relationships.
Requirements
:
Female candidates only.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable explaining product details (training will be provided).
Experience in CRM, wellness brands, or Ayurveda brands is a plus.
Organized, patient, and proactive.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Sheets for reporting.
