Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and CRM platforms. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Accounts) for smooth workflow. Track customer interactions, complaints, and service requests. Generate daily/weekly reports from CRM software. Build and maintain positive long-term customer relationships. Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
