Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. Manage and track customer accounts, feedback, and interactions through CRM software. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Support) to deliver excellent customer experiences. Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer communication and transactions. Generate regular reports on customer satisfaction, service quality, and retention. Identify new business opportunities through client engagement. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (like Zoho, Salesforce, etc.). Ability to handle multiple clients and work under pressure. Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
