Key Responsibilities
Manage and update customer data in the CRM system
Track leads, inquiries, and follow-ups from multiple channels
Coordinate with sales, telecalling, and marketing teams
Ensure timely lead assignment and closure tracking
Generate daily/weekly CRM reports (leads, conversions, performance)
Monitor customer interactions and improve response timelines
Maintain data hygiene and CRM accuracy
Support customer retention and repeat business initiatives
Handle basic customer queries and escalation coordination
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with CRM tools
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
Good communication & coordination skills
Data-oriented and detail-focused
Ability to multitask and work with targets

Monday to Satuday
Working hours:
9:30Am to 06:00 pm (Saturday half day)
