We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will act as the first point of contact for customers across online and offline channels. The role focuses on handling inquiries, follow-ups, service requests, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to post-purchase support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via
calls, WhatsApp, email, website leads, and social media
Coordinate with
store teams, inventory, and HO
for order status, repairs, and customizations
*Support CRM campaigns, reminders, and re-engagement calls
*Maintain high
customer satisfaction and response TAT
Required Skills & Qualifications
*1-2 years of experience in
customer support / CRM / retail or jewelry industry
preferred
*Strong communication skills in
English + Hindi
*Comfortable with
Excel, and WhatsApp Business (Zoho optional)
*Good coordination and follow-up skills
Key Performance Indicators
*Lead response time & follow-up closure
*Conversion support for store visits and online inquiries
*CRM accuracy and data hygiene
*Customer satisfaction & complaint resolution

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
