The CRM Executive - Sales at Bloomfield Innovations will be responsible for managing and optimizing the complete sales lifecycle of Bloomfield's Education ERP solutions through the CRM system. This role ensures effective lead tracking, follow-ups, sales pipeline visibility, and seamless coordination between Sales, Presales, and Implementation teams to support timely closures and an improved customer experience for educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Lead Management
Capture, organize, and manage all inbound and outbound leads in the CRM system
Ensure accurate tagging of leads related to colleges, universities, and education groups
Assign and monitor leads as per Bloomfield's sales process
Track lead status from enquiry to closure and post-sales handover
Sales Process Support
Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and task completion through CRM
Support sales team with reminders, schedules, and pipeline updates
Coordinate product demos, meetings, and proposal tracking
Maintain records of quotations, proposals, and negotiations in CRM
Reporting & Sales Analytics
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
Track key metrics such as lead sources, conversion ratios, deal value, and sales cycle duration
Share insights and dashboards with Sales Head and Management for forecasting and planning
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with Presales team for demo scheduling and requirement documentation
Ensure proper handover to Implementation and Support teams after deal closure
Document client commitments, scope, and timelines clearly in CRM
Data Accuracy & Compliance
Ensure CRM data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Enforce adherence to Bloomfield's sales and CRM usage policies
Perform regular data audits and cleanup
CRM Optimization & Adoption
Suggest improvements in CRM workflows and reporting
Support onboarding and training of sales team members on CRM best practices
Act as a point of contact for CRM-related queries within the sales team
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of sales operations and CRM workflows
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM / Salesforce / HubSpot or similar)
Excellent follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
1-4 years of experience in CRM, sales operations, or ERP/EdTech sales
Experience in Education ERP or SaaS-based products is an added advantage
