Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer data in CRM software and Excel sheets
Enter, manage, and organize client information accurately
Follow up with customers regarding services, payments, and feedback
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel
Handle basic email communication with clients
Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance
Support the sales and operations team as required
Requirements
Must have
basic computer knowledge
Must know
MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, formatting)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Willingness to learn new software and systems
Good communication skills (Hindi/English; Gujarati is a plus)
