The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining CRM records, supporting sales and operations teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
Maintain and update customer data accurately in the CRM system.
Track customer inquiries, leads, and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Accounts) to address customer requirements.
Generate CRM reports on leads, customer status, and follow-up activities.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal processes.
Support customer onboarding and post-sales coordination.
Assist in improving customer engagement and retention initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred).
Basic understanding of CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati preferred).
Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail.
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
Preferred Attributes
Prior experience in CRM, customer support, or back-office operations.
Exposure to export or service-based industries is an advantage.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team orientation.
