Manage and update customer data in the CRM system
Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools
Follow up with customers for orders, feedback, and support
Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction
Generate basic CRM reports and follow-up list.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in CRM / Customer Support / Client Handling
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Comfortable with computers, CRM software, and Excel
Polite, patient, and professional attitude
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Female candidate
Experience in retail, e-commerce, textile, or service industry is a plus
Ability to handle multiple customers efficiently
