The CRM Executive will manage customer relationships, coordinate sales and purchase processes, and ensure smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal departments. The role also includes handling documentation related to sales, logistics, and finance, with a focus on textile/cotton industry operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship & Coordination
Manage and update customer records in the CRM system.
Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer queries, follow-ups, and support.
Maintain strong communication with customers regarding orders, delivery status, and requirements.
Sales Process Responsibilities
Manage the quotation process, sales orders, LOT creation, and PR (Purchase Requisition) for cotton bales as per scope.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding pricing, availability, and order confirmation.
Prepare and update daily sales activity reports.
Purchase Process Responsibilities
Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate entry in the system.
Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery status.
Assist in vendor documentation and maintain purchase records.
Logistics & Documentation
Follow up on LR (Lorry Receipt) for dispatched goods.
Coordinate with transporters for timely pickup, transit, and delivery.
Track shipment movement and update customers on delivery schedule.
Finance & Master Data
Create and update business partners (ledger) in the system.
Ensure all customer/vendor-related data is accurate and updated.
Reporting & System Skills
Prepare CRM, sales, and purchase-related reports for management.
Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies.
Work efficiently on
SAP Business One (SAP B1)
for sales, purchase, inventory, and CRM modules.
