Job Description

Capture and update all customer enquiries from walk-ins, Instagram, WhatsApp, and referrals. Ensure timely follow-ups (every 24-48 hours) and maintain accurate lead status. Build and maintain customer profiles including purchase history and preferences. Strengthen relationships with VIP clients to increase repeat business. Make regular engagement calls for new collections, services, and follow-ups. Track after-sales jobs (repair, polishing, resizing, custom orders) and update customers.

Manage CRM software daily -- update leads, tasks, and maintain clean data in Zoho CRM / HubSpot CRM.

Run WhatsApp broadcasts, festival greetings, and promotional campaigns. Collect customer reviews and coordinate appointments/wishlists with sales staff. Track customer payments, follow up for pending amounts, and update order records.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
