Job Description

Responsibilities: -



1. Handle outbound and inbound calls and chat of customer.
2. Identify customers' needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions learn from social media team.
3. Person will be responsible to collect feedback from the customers who have purchased the product from our website.
4. Maintain good customer relations.
5. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyses the data.

6. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

7.

Knowledge of WABA & ZOHO will be more preferred



Requirements: -



1. Excellent communication and listening skills with good command of the English language.

2. Prior experience with customer service and call in relevant job roles.
3. Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.
4. Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.
5. Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.

6. Must have knowledge of MS Office (excel-Basic)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
