Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



CRM Management: Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates. Customer Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify key trends, insights, and business opportunities. Sales & Marketing Support: Provide actionable customer insights to support sales and marketing initiatives. Customer Segmentation: Categorize customers for targeted and effective marketing campaigns. Campaign Execution: Implement and monitor email marketing, loyalty, and retention programs. Customer Profiling: Create and update customer profiles, track interactions, and maintain communication history. Reporting: Generate CRM performance reports, dashboards, and key metrics for management. Follow-up & Coordination: Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination. Training & Support: Assist team members in understanding and effectively using the CRM system. Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and confidentiality standards. Collaboration: Work closely with production, sales, and other departments to align CRM practices with organizational goals.

Skills & Competencies:



Good communication skills (verbal and written). Strong in follow-up and coordination. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, Email handling, Internet). Familiarity with CRM tools. Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
