Understand client requirements and align them with company offerings.
Handle client calls, emails, WhatsApp, Indiamart, and virtual demos for presales support.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, solution design, and delivery timelines.
Maintain and update CRM data accurately.
Follow up on proposals to ensure timely closures.
