About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a

CRM Executive

at Acme Creation Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a polite and professional voice, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer support calls and messages Maintain and update customer data Conduct telecalling to potential customers Follow up on payments with customers Explain product/service details and provide solutions to customers Coordinate with internal departments for customer follow-ups Ensure polite, respectful, and helpful communication in

Hindi and English

at all times
Requirements

Experience:

2-3 years (preferred)

Languages:

English (must)

Skills Required:

Pleasant & clear voice Basic computer knowledge Confident and clear communication Good learning attitude Energetic and customer-focused mindset

Personality:

Extroverted, energetic, quick learner, good listener
