Manage & maintain CRM database, ensuring accuracy of customer information.
Generate reports & dashboards for sales, marketing, and management teams.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for campaigns, follow-ups, and customer communication.
Improve customer engagement and retention strategies.
Provide CRM training & support to team members.
Monitor and analyze customer data for insights and business growth.
Key Skills Required:
CRM Tools: Salesforce / Zoho / HubSpot / MS Dynamics (any one preferred)
MS Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis
Strong communication & coordination skills
Problem-solving & analytical mindset
