Payment follow-up via calls, emails, and messages.
Maintaining customer records in Excel/CRM software.
Responding to customer queries in basic English (calls, emails, or chat).
Coordinating with internal teams (accounts, sales, etc.) for payment/issue resolution.
Sending reminders for pending invoices or upcoming dues.
Building and maintaining good customer relationships with polite communication.
Preparing basic reports of payment status and follow-up updates.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
