Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the CRM system (data entry, lead updates, follow-ups).
Track and update client interactions, quotations, and order status.
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for lead management and follow-ups.
Ensure timely communication with customers regarding queries, deliveries, and documentation.
Generate and analyze reports (weekly/monthly) on leads, pipeline, and client activities.
Support sales team in preparing proposals, tenders, and registrations.
Maintain accurate database of clients, prospects, and opportunities.
Assist in customer feedback collection and ensure high client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
