Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain client reports and records.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in CRM or customer handling role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
Ability to handle multiple clients efficiently.
