About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive
CRM Executive
who can manage client relationships with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in customer service, client handling, follow-ups, and CRM tools, along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Handle day-to-day client queries, concerns, and escalations with a customer-first approach.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate internally with various departments to ensure smooth execution of client requests.
Manage CRM software to update client information, track interactions, and monitor client engagement.
Handle prestigious and high-value clients with professionalism and attention to detail.
Prepare and manage client reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Analytics preferred).
Ensure timely communication, documentation, and proper follow-through for all client-related tasks.
Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and strengthen relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience
in CRM, client handling, customer service, or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with
fluency in English & Hindi
.
Prior experience dealing with prestigious or key clients.
Proficiency in
CRM tools/software
(e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong command over
MS Excel
(Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Data Sorting & Filtering).
Excellent follow-up skills and ability to multitask.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
