The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, handling post-sales communication, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records in the system. The ideal candidate should be organized, confident in communication, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound communication with existing and potential customers.
Maintain and update customer records (e.g. Excel/Google Sheets).
Track customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate between the sales, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Prepare and share daily/weekly customer reports and follow-up status updates.
Build long-term relationships with key customers to increase retention and satisfaction.
Ensure all customer communications are handled professionally and courteously.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Female candidate preferred.
Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration / Marketing preferred).
Fresher-3 years of experience
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
