CRM Executive - Real Estate



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring effective communication with clients, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance overall client satisfaction throughout their real estate journey.

This role requires a blend of strong technical proficiency in CRM software, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:



Database Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, LeadSquared, Sell.Do). Regularly update client records with interactions, transactions, preferences, and other relevant data. Segment and categorize clients based on various criteria for targeted marketing and communication efforts. Ensure data accuracy and completeness, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies.

Client Communication & Engagement:

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback via phone, email, and other communication channels. Keep clients informed about property updates, new launches, promotions, and relevant company news. Provide timely follow-ups to ensure client needs are addressed efficiently and to nurture leads through the sales funnel. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing information and assistance as needed from inquiry to post-possession.

Lead Management & Nurturing:

Manage leads generated from various sources (website inquiries, social media, property portals, etc.) and ensure their timely distribution to the appropriate sales agents. Track lead progress within the CRM system and update their status. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure proper lead nurturing, conversion, and smooth handoff. Assist in implementing automated follow-up campaigns and reminders.

Post-Sales and Documentation Support:

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, legal, finance, project management) to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively throughout the property lifecycle. Assist clients with queries pertaining to legal aspects, agreements, registration, taxation, and banking. Ensure on-time completion, comprehensiveness, and accuracy of all documentation pertaining to sale and service. Oversee documentation management, maintaining organized records of all sales purchase agreements and related documents. Ensure all required signatures and approvals are obtained in a timely manner.

Reporting & Analysis:

Generate regular reports on client interactions, lead conversion rates, sales performance, and other relevant metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential bottlenecks in the customer journey. Provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making and process optimization.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize CRM processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM, particularly within the real estate sector.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. 1-4 years of proven experience in a CRM role, preferably within the real estate industry.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
