Job Description

Customer Data Management:

Manage and optimize CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and effective customer segmentation.

Campaign Development:

Design and execute CRM campaigns for customer engagement, loyalty, and retention, potentially across various channels like email and social media.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration:

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified strategy and provide customer insights.

Post-Sales Support:

Coordinate after-sales follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction with vehicle delivery, features, and warranty details.

Customer Experience:

Develop customer journey maps and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Performance Monitoring:

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.

Product & Market Knowledge:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of automotive products and stay updated on market trends to better serve customers.
Key Skills & Qualifications

CRM Software Proficiency:

Expertise in managing and leveraging CRM platforms like Salesforce.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze customer data to identify trends, segment customers, and develop targeted strategies.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Strong abilities to interact with customers and internal teams, build relationships, and provide support.

Customer Focus:

A strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term loyalty.

Collaboration:

Ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, and service departments to achieve common goals.

Automotive Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with automotive products, sales processes, and post-sales support requirements.
