Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
Maintain accurate and updated customer records using CRM software
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on client appointments oProvide detailed information about clinic services and offers
Handle patient queries and ensure timely follow-ups
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Eligibility Criteria:
oMinimum qualification 12th pass / Graduate - choose as applicable oExcellent communication skills (Hindi and English)
oBasic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
oPrevious experience in tele-calling/customer care is preferred
oPleasant personality and a customer-oriented approach
