Nature Mania is seeking a dedicated Female CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, ensure smooth post-purchase communication, and provide an excellent service experience. The role requires someone who is patient, professional, and efficient in managing customer calls, queries, and order-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities
:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries regarding orders, shipping, product information, and refunds/replacements.
Maintain updated customer records in CRM tools.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order resolution.
Manage WhatsApp, email, and call-based customer support.
Track customer complaints and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain daily reports, feedback logs, and call summaries.
Provide after-sales support to improve customer satisfaction and brand trust.
Requirements
:
Female candidates only.
Excellent communication skills (Hindi + basic English).
Prior CRM, tele-calling, or customer support experience preferred.
Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in records.
Polite, patient, and customer-friendly approach.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
