We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle queries, and support sales & service teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and basic knowledge of CRM software.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer database and maintain accurate records in CRM system
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls for feedback, follow-ups, and support
Coordinate with sales, service & marketing teams to resolve customer issues
Track customer lifecycle and ensure timely communication (reminders, offers, updates)
Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and leads
Assist in implementing customer retention and engagement campaigns
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship building
Monitor complaints and ensure prompt resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation in any discipline
Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English & Hindi)
Strong customer-handling and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Experience with CRM tools/software preferred
Customer-centric approach and positive attitude
Experience:
0-3 years experience in Customer Relationship / Telecalling / Sales Support roles
(Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
