Key Responsibilities
Daily customer call-outs: follow-ups, feedback & enquiries handle.
WhatsApp CRM: queries ka time-bound response + product photos/videos share.
Store customers ka data maintain karna (walk-ins, leads, repeat buyers).
Customer complaints ko politely resolve karna & quick turnaround ensure karna.
Sales team ko follow-up reminders & customer updates dena.
Festive / Sale promotions ke liye customer broadcast messages manage karna.
Billing/packing time support when required (basic retail assistance).
Owner ke daily instructions ko discipline se follow & execute karna
Required Skills
Soft-spoken, polite communication (Hindi essential; basic English a plus).
Strong follow-up mindset - "no loose ends" attitude.
WhatsApp, calling & basic MS Excel ka working knowledge.
Customer-handling confidence & patience.
Smart personality, good behaviour, and responsibility-taking mindset
