Maintain and update customer database regularly.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally.
Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
Track customer feedback and share insights with the sales/operations team.
Sales Support & Coordination:
Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-up.
Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Convert inquiries into confirmed business by explaining services/products.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic presentations for clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order/service execution.
Communication & Client Handling:
Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls.
Provide timely updates to clients regarding requirements or service status.
Assist walk-in clients (if applicable) and manage client meetings.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Strong telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools/software.
Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups efficiently.
MS Office (Excel, Word) proficiency.
Positive attitude, confidence, and patience in dealing with clients.
