Job Description

1.

Lead Management



Track and manage leads from various sources (portals, referrals, campaigns). Assign leads to the right salespeople or follow up directly. Ensure timely follow-up and conversion tracking.
2.

Customer Communication



Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries. Send property details, payment reminders, and project updates. Manage communication via phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.
3.

Coordination with Sales & Marketing Teams



Share customer feedback and concerns with sales teams. Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns. Monitor campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
4.

Customer Experience & Relationship Building



Ensure customers have a smooth journey from inquiry to booking to possession. Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly. Organize customer events, feedback surveys, or loyalty programs.
5.

CRM Software Utilization



Manage, update, and optimize CRM tools. Generate reports on lead status, follow-up actions, sales funnel progress, etc. Train new team members on CRM tools if required.
6.

Reporting & Analytics



Create weekly/monthly reports on lead conversions, sales pipeline, and customer interactions. Provide insights to management for process improvement.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,008.37 per month
