Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and energetic

CRM Executive - Exports Sales

to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role focuses on converting qualified leads into long-term international clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the CRM system for all Export sales and marketing activities. Track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions to ensure timely conversions. Co-ordinate with Sales team to optimize lead generation campaigns. Analyze CRM data to provide actionable insights for improving customer engagement and sales performance. Maintain accurate customer records and generate reports for management. Assist in implementing new CRM tools and processes as needed.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-4 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in B2B sales. Proficient in CRM software such as

Zoho CRM.

Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target driven environment.
