2. CRM Executive - E-commerce
Dedicated to managing website orders, ensuring smooth Order-to-Delivery (OtoD) operations, building customer relationships, gathering feedback, and driving engagement through WhatsApp and other re-targeting campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Manage all customer interactions for website orders.
Track OtoD process and resolve customer issues.
Collect and analyze customer feedback regularly.
Handle WhatsApp marketing and re-targeting activities.
Maintain order history and CRM database.
Communicate with logistics for smooth deliveries.
Prepare weekly customer satisfaction reports.
Build strong consumer connect and brand loyalty.
Requirements:
Graduate with 1-2 years' CRM or e-commerce experience.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Proficient in Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business API.
Knowledge of website order flow and returns.
Energetic, patient, and detail-oriented.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Preference for female candidates.
Must work from office (not remote
