Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Executive (Domestic) / Coordinator with excellent communication skills in Hindi and English to handle customer calls, follow-ups, and coordination tasks. The role includes managing inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer records in CRM or Excel, coordinating with clients after receiving orders from dealers, ensuring proper communication between sales, dispatch, and accounts teams, assisting in order tracking and status updates, handling basic documentation and reporting, and building smooth and long-term customer relationships. Candidates with a pleasant personality, basic computer knowledge, and experience in customer service, telecalling, sales coordination, or backend support will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
